Mediterranean cuisine, Grand Baie
Nature welcomes. Cuisine delights. Cellar enchants. Lunch and dinner.
Our story
In the heart of Grand Baie, behind a discreet sign, a tropical garden. Plants, flowers, birds, green geckos hiding in the leaves. In the middle, a table.
Here a Mediterranean cuisine awaits you in a warm, family atmosphere inherited from the South of France. Local fish, a sushi bar, and one of the most complete wine lists in the North. Olivier and Warren are part of the faces of Le Poivrier. A little Provençal paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

The experience
Three pillars, one common thread: take your time. At Le Poivrier we don't serve quickly, we serve just right.

An excellent evening in a beautifully landscaped garden that is worth the trip by itself. The staff was very attentive, our meal excellent. We will definitely return.
Servers and managers are incredibly kind, everyone participates in the service. We ate divinely well, products of quality. The decor and atmosphere are worth the price. No regrets.
An exceptional evening for our 14-person reservation. Excellent food and drinks, warm and attentive service. Olivier went out of his way to make the evening unforgettable.
